- Primero. Rechazar la peticion de consulta presentada por el senor Personero Municipal de Medellin por las razones indicadas en la parte motiva de este auto.
- Segundo. Remitir el escrito de que trata este proveido a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud para lo de su competencia.
- Tercero. Ordenar a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud que envie copia del concepto juridico solicitado a la Sala Especial de Seguimiento a la Sentencia T-760 de 2008.
- Cuarto. Proceda la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion a comunicar lo aqui decidido al senor Personero Municipal de Medellin y a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, adjuntando copia de este proveido.
